Cancellation Policies:
All cancellations must be made via email and are subject to the following fees:
- More than 15 days before the original check-in date, cancellation is free. - 14 to 8 days before the original check-in date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- 7 days before the original check-in date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations, no-shows, unused portions of vouchers, or early departures.

Reservation Policies
Cabañas y Jardines de Monteverde SA (Los Pinos) requires your credit card details to guarantee your reservation. If you cancel before your arrival date, the corresponding penalty will be charged according to our cancellation policy. All cancellations or modifications must be made via email. Modifications will be treated as cancellations and are subject to availability.
Payment Methods
Deposit, Sinpe, Cash, Debit or Credit Card.
Children's policies
One child under 11 years old stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Two children under 11 years old pay as an extra adult. Anyone over 12 years old pays as an adult.
Pets
We are accepting one pet per cabin for a fee of $15 per night, taking into account our policies:
- Only small or medium-sized pets are allowed. No large pets.
- Non-aggressive pets.
- Pets may not be loose or off-leash on the property due to the large number of animals such as coatis, raccoons, and agoutis. They may be free to roam inside the cabin.
- Pets must bring their own blanket or bed. Pets are not allowed to sleep on the beds.
- Any damage caused to the property or cabin by pets will be the owner's responsibility.
Impossibility of Compliance
It is agreed that Los Pinos will be released from its obligations in the event of force majeure, fire, flood, strike, lockout, order of government authorities, inclement weather, or any other reasonable circumstance beyond its control.
